Welcome to Bed Time Stories Guide. These terms apply to purchases and subscriptions through our store. Purchasers must be adults or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Digital Products Only
All products are digital. No physical books or materials will be shipped.
After successful payment, access instructions are provided by email or through the checkout confirmation page. Please provide an accurate email address.
Monthly Story Subscription
Your subscription includes an initial digital guide containing 30 bedtime stories, followed by a fresh collection of 30 stories with each successful monthly renewal.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges at the price and billing schedule disclosed at checkout until you cancel.
Optional activity books, craft kits, and other add-ons are separate one-time purchases unless expressly described otherwise.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals by contacting help.bedtimestory@outlook.com, or through subscription management options where available.
Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next renewal charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund completed payments.
You may continue using digital files already purchased and downloaded under the personal-use licence below.
Payments and Orders
Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before the corresponding digital products are delivered.
If a renewal payment fails, delivery of the next collection may be delayed until payment is resolved.
Any proposed subscription price change will be communicated in advance, with an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect and any consent required by applicable law.
Personal-Use Licence
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to download, read, and print the materials for personal use within your household.
You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files.

Upload them to websites, marketplaces, or shared download libraries.

Copy or adapt the materials for commercial distribution.

Claim the content or artwork as your own.
Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership or grant resale rights.
Refunds and Access Issues
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer law.
If files are missing, incorrect, or inaccessible, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Children’s Activities and Supervision
Parents and caregivers should select stories and activities appropriate to their child’s age and abilities.
Activities involving scissors, glue, small parts, or other craft materials require suitable adult supervision. Follow the safety instructions supplied with any materials used.
Educational Content
Our stories and activities are intended for shared reading, entertainment, and general learning. We do not guarantee particular educational, behavioural, or sleep outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Content, illustrations, branding, and downloadable materials are owned by us or used under licence. Use is permitted only as described in these terms or otherwise authorized in writing.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability and Consumer Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to These Terms
Updated terms will be published on this page. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance where required. Changes will not remove rights relating to purchases already completed.
